RESPONSIBILITIES: * Inventory management * Lead, plan, and coordinate operations. * Review the execution of the picking process and pallet assembly for each store according to merchandise requirements. * Verify compliance with required specifications (weight, assembly, height, and palletizing) of supplied pallets for shipment. * Track pallets, locations, and items that are misplaced or lost during the area's process. * Train new personnel on operational topics and WMS system-related subjects. * Handle and specifically follow up on merchandise discrepancies when shortages or overages are detected, for proper inventory management of the area. * Lead and coach staff to achieve area objectives, manage leave requests, vacations, coordinate shift schedules for assigned personnel, and ensure payroll accuracy. * Monitor Back Order and control of General Merchandise and Apparel loading dock doors to ensure smooth merchandise flow. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT: MUST LIVE IN SANTA FE OR SURROUNDING AREAS** At CUCAPAH, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities without discriminatory practices.
