Supervise and train personnel under your charge according to job position and activities. Conduct market research for the local sales department’s market segment to identify potential customers and maintain current customer loyalty. Design and develop strategic work plans for the team based on daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. Follow up on blocked customers with balances to clarify and review accounts receivable.
