We have presence throughout the Northwest region of the country.* **POSITION DESCRIPTION:****FUNCTIONS:** Daily operations management Supervise and coordinate workshop operations in the Region (Tijuana, Mexicali, La Paz BCS, Hermosillo, and Ciudad Obregón).**Resource Management:** **Personnel:** Train and supervise workshop staff, evaluate individual performance, and promote company culture.**Inventory:** Plan, purchase, and supervise warehouse efficiency for spare parts and equipment.**Process Optimization:** Improve systems, processes, and best practices to increase efficiency. Implement and enforce procedures for each task, from maintenance to repair.**Quality Control and Compliance:** Ensure quality standards are met in all work performed**.** Ensure all operations comply with manufacturer regulations. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions. Prepare reports and present monthly results.**Financial Management:** Establish strategic and operational objectives that impact profitability. Oversee and manage workshop budgets.**Customer Relations:** Find ways to improve service and customer satisfaction. Maintain smooth communication with other departments such as customer service. **REQUIREMENTS:** Mandatory experience supervising operations of at least 4 business units at **MANAGEMENT** level Personnel management and teamwork skills. Ability to work towards established sales goals and other measurable operational targets. Experience managing and implementing KPIs Availability to travel**Specialty:** Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering *or related field*.**Experience:** 3 years of verifiable experience as Operations Manager Preferred experience in technician scheduling, workshop job supervision (installations, services, and repairs), refrigeration systems for mobile units, and cold rooms/chambers. Technical staff management and workshop operations. Customer Service. Computer proficiency and knowledge of OFFICE suite.
