Experience and Qualifications: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree in Legal Studies (or a Paralegal Certificate) is highly preferred. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal EA, or Litigation Coordinator in a fast\-paced law firm environment. * **Prioritization Skills:** Proven experience supporting a multi\-attorney team (ideally 4\+ attorneys) and managing competing high\-priority demands. * **Legal Knowledge:** Solid foundational understanding of litigation workflows, legal terminology, and how court timelines operate. * **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Experience with legal practice management software is a strong plus.
