We are seeking a **Group Leader** to coordinate and lead personnel in packaging, electrical connections, and foaming operations to achieve business unit objectives. **What will you do?** ✔ Coordinate daily production group activities, ensuring achievement of targets. ✔ Continuously monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. ✔ Ensure assembly processes comply with company-established quality standards. ✔ Develop team members and deliver training as needed to achieve objectives. ✔ Ensure the team complies with all occupational safety and quality regulations at every stage of the process. ✔ Report daily progress toward established goals and targets. **Requirements:** ✔ High school diploma; technical degree or engineering degree in an industrial or related field. ✔ 1–2 years of experience in a Group Leader position. ✔ Experience managing personnel. ✔ Knowledge of production management and continuous improvement techniques and tools (Lean Manufacturing). ✔ Knowledge of quality control and industrial safety. ✔ Familiarity with 5S: A method for maintaining an organized and efficient workplace. ✔ Proficiency in using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers). ✔ General knowledge of electrical connection, foaming, and/or packaging processes. ✔ Experience operating pneumatic guns. ✔ Flexible availability for shift work. ✔ Shifts: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM or 6:30 AM–4:36 PM **Skills:** ✔ Proactive ✔ Responsible ✔ Leadership ✔ Results-oriented ✔ Sense of urgency ✔ Teamwork ✔ Organized Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,256.10 – $20,361.42 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Free parking * Life insurance * Cafeteria service Application questions: * How many people did you supervise? * What is your current salary? * What is your salary expectation? * In which industry/sector have you worked?
