Job Description and Responsibilities
We are looking for a **Manufacturing Engineer** to join our team!
Your primary role is to support the department and deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Design and develop tools, spare parts, cutting tools, and equipment required for manufacturing processes.
* Prepare and communicate engineering change notices.
* Collaborate with the Import/Export department to ensure proper transfer of tools, machinery, and accessories.
* Conduct labor analysis, line balancing, and process mapping as required.
* Analyze cost variations in work orders.
* Implement process improvements, problem resolution, project management, and staff training.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Design, test, and justify costs for tools, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing methods.
* Establish and improve manufacturing standards and processes to ensure product and process quality.
* Review routers and bills of materials (BOM) and propose improvements.
* Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and customer requirements.
* Participate in MRB meetings and follow up on corrective actions.
* Coordinate NPI meetings, prepare processes, execute pilot runs, and ensure process compliance without impacting deliveries.
* Coordinate with personnel on machinery selection, as well as operation times and speeds.
* Collaborate with the tooling team to define dies, fixtures, gauges, and equipment required for new products.
Experience and Requirements
