Position Summary: A customs professional responsible for the entry, validation, payment, and tracking of customs entries, as well as the generation of documentation and coordination of shipments. Key Highlights: 1. Key experience in customs procedures and customs entry preparation. 2. Direct coordination with clients for foreign trade operations. 3. Comprehensive management of customs documentation and procedures. MAIN ACTIVITIES: \-Entry of customs declarations into the Darwin system using Annex 22 \-Validation and payment of customs declarations \-Preparation, tracking, and review of Verification Records (RV) \-Generation and review of DODA \-Generation of COVE \-Requesting / generating permits from government agencies \-Assembling digital customs declaration files \-Preparation of value declarations and calculation worksheets \-Submitting requests to various government agencies \-Preparation of reports requested by clients \-Coordination with clients regarding their shipments / port operations \-Tracking advance payment requests and client follow-up. Technical Knowledge: \-Customs declaration preparation / Annex 22 \-Customs Law \-General Rules of Foreign Trade \-Microsoft Office suite.
