




Position Summary: Coordination of cargo and trips to the USA, customer and operator support, preparation of manifests and bills of lading, and tracking of movements. Key Highlights: 1. Transport Document Preparation Responsibilities: \- Schedule and assign loads and/or trips to operators heading to the USA \- Provide support to customers and operators \- Notify customers of any issues arising with their shipments \- Send emails to customers to update them on their shipments \- Prepare transport documents (manifests, bills of lading) \- Populate operators' movement reports \- Search for available loads \- Send shipment information to operators \- Send inventory reports to specific customers \- Prepare and deliver proof of delivery for billing purposes \- Prepare operator trip settlements Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or related field \- Basic or intermediate English proficiency preferred \- Prior experience working at a transportation company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,500.00 \- $5,800.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
