




Description and details of activities * Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety management systems according to national and international regulations. * Support the QA Manager (Quality Control) in achieving quality objectives and in the overall department management. * Personnel development and training, promoting multi-tasking capabilities and performance recognition. * Process improvement and defect reduction, achieving RTY targets. * Customer focus and complaint management, ensuring effective response and customer satisfaction. * Maintain the quality management system, ensuring effectiveness and validity of certifications. * Maintain safety and compliance systems, achieving zero major non-conformities in external audits. * Develop, maintain, and promote the implementation of management systems, including but not limited to ISO9001, ISO14001, and SA8000. Lead periodic internal audits and assist in related audits. * Assist superiors in preparing Management Review Reports (IR) for various systems, as well as in consolidating and tracking the balanced scorecard (BSC). * Support the QA Manager in achieving quality objectives and in the overall department management. * Implement a skills matrix to identify gaps and generate specific training plans. * Restructure the quality team based on skills and responsibilities, increasing team efficiency. * Train and cross-train inspectors for incoming and in-process inspections at both plants, ensuring coverage and flexibility. Experience and requirements * University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of prior experience in positions related to safety, occupational health, and/or environmental management. * Solid knowledge in safety, occupational health, and environmental technologies. * Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Quality Management roles. * Advanced knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies. * Excellent communication skills and strong decision-making ability. * Advanced level of English. * Strong management and coordination skills.
