Under direct supervision, executes tasks based on fundamental Design engineering principles within an engineering specialty such as industrial, electrical, electronics, mechanical, chemical, etc. 2\. Organizes and maintains existing design engineering records and updadates manufacturing information (BOM, DSpec, Dwgs, CAD drawings, etc. Using appropriate documentation systems. 3\. Supports the Research on new materials and methods of development to support the Desing Engineering projects. 4\. Prepares and test calculations for the design engineering projects. 5\. Creates highly detailed design schematics for various components of a project using CAD Software. 6\. Creates CMM programs for Hexagon CMM to perform first article quality inspections for varius components, including machined parts. 7\. Constructs prototypes and confirms designs with the design team. 8\. Performs physical testing on engineering prototypes testing for functionality and analyzes the data. 9\. Ensures components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards. 10\. Prepares detailed reports and summaries of ongoing projects for the Engineering function 11\. Complies with the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the Desing Engineering function. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** Engineering Degree (Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical. **EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** 6 to 12 months within the Desing Engineering Department performing CAD drawings. **COMPUTER USAGE**: Intermediate/Advaced knowledge in computer aided design (CAD) software Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $17,000\.00 \- $18,000\.04 per month Work Location: In person
