MACSTORE MULTIPLAZA SANTA FE Profile: * Completed high school diploma / technical vocational training. * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and mobile phone repair. * Passion for customer service and client interaction. * Residency near the work location. Responsibilities: * Provide first- and second-level support for Apple users. * Deliver personalized assistance and issue resolution. * Track completed service requests. * Promote and sell additional services. * Meet performance metrics and key indicators.
