Job Summary: This role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, managing waste, conducting audits, and coordinating civil protection actions. Additionally,* *in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.* Maintenance of communication bulletin boards in operations Verification of handling, transportation, and storage of hazardous waste Updating and tracking internal civil protection program activities Ensuring inspection and maintenance of emergency equipment Providing support for fire risk assessment Participating in evaluation and updating of environmental aspects and impacts, as well as workplace hazards and risks Participating in new product launches and transitions by applying the corresponding assessment Ensuring chemical substance control per procedure Ensuring execution of the annual CSH plan Ensuring compliance with the procedure for proper use of forklifts Organizing health, environment, and safety promotion campaigns Releasing and maintaining updated machinery and equipment risk analysis Auditing the LOTO application process Maintaining updated risk assessment matrix for PPE assignment Maintaining contractor control Ensuring compliance with hazardous work (electrical, hot work, confined spaces, heights) Auditing food safety and hygiene processes Tracking incident notification processes Participating in and coordinating ergonomic assessments Verifying proper operation of pressure vessels Generating requisitions in the Oracle system Generating EHS activity records and reports Developing charts to visualize work performed and enable continuous improvement Providing first-contact medical care to personnel Solving problems using team-based methodologies Developing manuals and delivering training on health, safety, and environment Participating as an internal auditor of the integrated management system Managing disability and medical care records in the Tress system **We Celebrate Who We Are!** ---------------------------- Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
