Job Description and Responsibilities * Supervise the integrity of facilities, with the primary objective of ensuring proper operation while complying with all applicable regulatory standards, whether issued by private or governmental entities. * Supervise building assets within the facilities to achieve maximum business efficiency and ensure personnel safety. * Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment. * Diagnose and repair factory facilities and equipment. * Proven experience maintaining compressors and fire alarm systems. * Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. * Supervise facility staff (Facility Technicians) and external contractors. * Establish and maintain programs to improve plant infrastructure and image. * Implement SoluM’s Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures—including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy—supporting processes by ensuring employee onboarding and training. * Promote implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Program and prevent, detect, and correct violations of law, SoluM policies, and the Code of Conduct. * Foster a culture of regulatory compliance and ethics throughout the organization. * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health systems, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and NOM-041, as well as any other applicable regulations.
