Provide operational and manual support in maintenance, construction, and cleaning activities. Responsible for preparing work areas, handling heavy materials, and performing basic supervised tasks to ensure plumbing, painting, gardening, and masonry services proceed according to the plan established by the crew leader and supervisor.
What will you do?
* Manually or using a mortar mixer, prepare concrete, mortar, and tile adhesive.
* Chip walls, remove debris, and perform deep cleaning of the area before and after work.
* Prepare walls and wooden surfaces by removing imperfections or old paint.
* Wash brushes, rollers, and paint trays at the end of each workday.
* Use manual tools (suction cups or guides) to clean drains and grates.
* Cut grooves or trenches to accommodate pipe routing.
* Hold pipes during welding or gluing processes, and apply Teflon tape to basic components.
* Operate brush cutters, manual lawn mowers, rakes, and shovels; collect weeds, waste, and pruning residues for final disposal.
What do you need?
* Completed secondary education.
* Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in physical labor (construction, loading, industrial cleaning, or workshops).
* Safe handling of shovels, picks, mallets, spatulas, and pliers.
