Rio Zone, Tijuana Salary: $3,500 MXN net per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Rotating weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday, as scheduled) Company dedicated to the management and operation of a vertical residential building seeks: General Maintenance Technician We seek responsible, proactive individuals with experience in comprehensive maintenance of condominiums and common areas, capable of resolving operational contingencies and ensuring the building’s daily proper functioning. Requirements: \* Demonstrable experience in: \* Plumbing \* Electrical work \* Drywall installation \* Painting \* General repairs and finishing \* Basic/intermediate knowledge of operation and supervision of: \* Hydraulic pumps \* Hydropneumatic systems \* Elevators \* Pressure equipment \* Common areas and parking facilities \* Use of maintenance tools and equipment \* Availability to respond to emergencies or contingencies outside regular hours when required \* Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills \* Punctuality and sense of responsibility Responsibilities: \* Supervise and maintain building facilities in optimal condition \* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance \* Respond immediately to reports from residents and management \* Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facilities \* Maintain common areas and parking facilities \* Coordinate and support general repairs \* Track operational incidents within the condominium We offer: \* Net weekly salary \* Job stability \* Positive work environment \* Career development opportunities within vertical residential building operations Interested candidates should submit their application or updated CV.
