Velvet Society is seeking staff for the Hostess position, available from Thursday to Sunday (with the option to select working days). The work shift runs from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM, lasting three hours daily. Compensation ranges from 400 to 700 pesos per day; additionally, complimentary services, commissions, and a percentage of consumption are offered. Responsibilities include: 1\. Customer Reception: \- Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers. \- Identify regular and VIP customers to offer personalized service. 2\. Reservation Management: \- Confirm and coordinate advance reservations. \- Assign tables according to availability and customer needs. 3\. Venue Promotion: \- Promote Velvet Society’s special events and exclusive offers. \- Attract new customers through a charismatic and professional demeanor. 4\. Internal Coordination: \- Collaborate with security personnel, waiters, and bartenders. \- Report any needs or special situations requiring immediate attention. 5\. Conflict Resolution: \- Diplomatically mediate tense situations and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all attendees, including staff.
