SENIOR ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN**Position Summary** Location: Silao, Guanajuato Company: Nestlé Purina Schedule: Availability for rotating shifts and breaks Education: Technical career\-Engineering **Internal Requirements:*** 1 year in current position. * No absences or disciplinary actions in the last 6 months. * 100% completion of required courses and learning paths. * Not currently undergoing any other recruitment process. * \+ 4 months since previous application. **Job Mission:** Execute the maintenance strategy to ensure operational continuity through asset availability and reliability at the plant, with focus on Safety and regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to the daily routine of notifications and execution of planned maintenance activities to generate reliability in team work rhythms. **A Day in the Life of...*** Disciplined execution of the maintenance strategy for assigned production lines, including knowledge and application of maintenance strategy tools (e.g., honeycomb), aligned with planned maintenance line progression and synchronized with MA. * Ensure GTA teams comply with the equipment maintenance program to sustain reliability. * Responsible for delivering GTM deliverables according to NCE (TPM/LEAN) rollout on their line, supporting implementation based on maturity level. * Identify, execute, and support improvement projects and loss elimination across the 5 Dimensions of Manufacturing Excellence using NCE tools and methods on assigned lines, ensuring necessary coverage to maintain continuity of routine maintenance activities. Ensure adherence to maintenance standards guaranteeing a Vertical Start Up after completion of Planned Maintenance activities. * **What Will Make You Successful*** Execution of lubrication standards * Daily technical operator routine support * Bolt inspection and re-tightening * Tracking spare parts requests per maintenance guidelines * Generation and leadership of failure analysis for process and packaging lines * Tracking and closure of corrective actions derived from failure analyses * Tracking activities related to TPM philosophy as a participant in the designated area's GTM branch * Active participation in training and technical competency development for maintenance personnel (SR / JR)
