**Position:** Help Desk Coordinator
**Responsibilities:**
* Timely follow-up on incidents/requests directly with the client to ensure prompt responses according to SLAs.
* Assign tasks to team members, ensuring availability of necessary resources.
* Manage and coordinate human and material resources within daily operations, supervising and guaranteeing compliance with established service levels, verification of adherence to standards and processes.
* Review tickets in help desk tools to ensure proper management and SLA compliance.

* Serve as communication liaison between first-level support engineers, second and third-level support, and the client.
