Understand and implement departmental objectives and policies. 2\. Complete the corresponding departmental forms. 3\. Safeguard and maintain documentary materials. 4\. Participate in Management meetings. 5\. Develop and supervise various projects undertaken by the company. 6\. Plan and define timelines, resources, costs, etc. 7\. Establish objectives based on customer requirements. 8\. Ensure commitments are fulfilled through effective planning. 9\. Prepare quotations for each project. 10\. Perform material explosion (bill-of-materials breakdown). 11\. Verify material availability. 12\. Request required resources via requisition. 13\. Monitor project progress across all stages. 14\. Enter purchase orders. 15\. Track project progress. 16\. Supervise and stay informed about each project stage, measuring progress accordingly. 17\. Resolve customer-related queries jointly with the Quality Department. 18\. Collaborate with the Procurement Department to propose materials required for the customer, pending their approval. 19\. Jointly approve with the Quality Department that the product meets required specifications. 20\. Use and safeguard assigned safety equipment to prevent accidents. 21\. Carry out tasks assigned by superiors. 22\. Keep the work area clean and orderly.
