The Junior Documentation Executive for the Enrollment Department plays a crucial role in the student's life cycle, ensuring the integrity and legality of information from the first formal contact with the institution. The main objective of this position is
* • Validate, organize, and safeguard the documentation required to formalize student enrollment,
* • Comply with internal policies and current educational regulations.
* • Ensure continuity of processes initiated during the morning shift by resolving incidents and guaranteeing that digital and physical files are properly completed by the end of the workday.
* • Ensuring the integrity and legality of information from the first formal contact with the institution
* • Capable of working under pressure during high-demand enrollment periods (enrollment peaks).
* • Verify that files comply with institutional guidelines.
* • Enter student information into internal databases and institutional platforms.
**We Offer:**
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
