Main Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support, server and/or telecommunications equipment administration. Track and close internal and customer requests or incidents. Configure hardware and install and configure software and drivers. Maintain and repair technological equipment or peripheral devices. Install LAN/WAN and other networks. Perform administrative tasks specific to the department. Gross monthly salary: $13,054.20.
