Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field. Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics. Advanced knowledge of programming and statistics. Technical Skills SQL programming. R programming. Python programming. SAS programming (desirable). Advanced statistics. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Responsibilities Propose new segmentation strategies using analytical models, simulations, and controls to optimize business outcomes. Evaluate, design, and implement statistical and analytical models that contribute to process improvement and decision-making across various areas. Interpret results and communicate findings clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders to facilitate application. Monitor the performance of developed models, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Train and advise various departments on statistics, machine learning, analytical tools, and data science.
