Proficiency in management systems and medical supply replenishment. **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT FOR OPERATING ROOM PHARMACY** **EDUCATION:** Technical degree or completed high school diploma preferred **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of pharmaceutical and surgical supply procurement and dispensing management systems **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** User-level Microsoft Office proficiency; knowledge of replenishment, inventory, and expiry date control processes; controlled substances handling procedures; SAE system **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum one year of verifiable experience working in warehouse operations within hospital settings, pharmacies, or related fields **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Replenish medical supplies requested via the SAE system through tickets submitted by various departments, verify corresponding authorizations prior to processing, and prepare dispatches promptly. · Maintain appropriate stock levels of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and consumables required to meet demand across all departments. · Inspect incoming medical supplies upon receipt into the warehouse and ensure items dispatched to requesting departments are in good condition. · Record and count controlled substances every 24 hours and specialty medications (at the end of each shift based on SAE system inventory reports). · Perform periodic tasks including cleaning assigned shelving units, receiving, and storing medical supplies. **WE OFFER** **A**ll statutory benefits from day one.
