Description
Responsibilities:
* Verify, together with the area leader, the dates, times, and quantities of merchandise to be received from CEDIS and suppliers.
* Review paper voucher shipments, dead files, and by-products.
* Receive and manage merchandise, scan each box (HU), and reconcile with the shipping manifest.
* Execute merchandise transfer orders.
* Consolidate receiving incidents and communicate them to the inventory leader for follow-up and resolution.
* Knowledge of workplace safety tools and measures.
* Enter orders and invoices into the SAP S4 system for direct supplier receipt at store.
* Administer and complete required documents and reports for missing or damaged merchandise receipt.
* Organize received merchandise boxes according to areas assigned to each leader.
* Collaborate effectively within the team, even in challenging situations.

Requirements:
* Legal age.
* Completed high school education.
* Gender: indifferent.
* Must reside near the area, preferably (Plaza Vía Alta).
* Flexible working hours.
* Experience in receiving and shipping operations.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

* Salary: $9,500.00 per month; paid biweekly directly to Santander debit card.
* Permanent employment starting on day one, working five days and resting two days per week (rotating schedule).
* Rotating shifts: 9:00 – 19:36, 11:30 – 21:30, or other, with one hour daily for lunch.
