We are seeking a **press operator** with attention to detail, responsible attitude, and willingness to learn, to join our production team. **Responsibilities** * Operate and maintain a **Heidelberg GTO 52 four-color press**. * Mount and adjust **plates provided by the design/prepress department**. * Perform ink calibration and registration adjustments. * Monitor print quality during runs (color, registration, paper, consistency). * Assist in cleaning and preventive maintenance of the machine. * Collaborate with design and finishing departments to meet delivery deadlines. **Essential Requirements** * Willingness to learn and responsible attitude. * Basic knowledge of printing or interest in training. * Punctuality, equipment care, and teamwork. **Desired Qualifications** * Previous experience in **offset printing** (not essential). * Familiarity with **Heidelberg GTO 46 or 52**. * Basic mechanical or industrial maintenance knowledge. **We Offer** * **$2,500 MXN gross weekly salary** (negotiable based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Technical training in offset printing. * Stable environment and continuous learning. * Growth opportunities in printing and finishing areas.
