We are currently seeking your talent as an **MEP FACILITIES SUPERVISOR.** **Job Description:** Supervise electrical and mechanical equipment installations, equipment testing and commissioning, building and factory equipment installation, etc. Medium- and low-voltage systems. Industrial electrical and electromechanical, hydrosanitary, HVAC, and special installations. Experience in vertical projects and hotels. **What will you do?** Supervise electrical and mechanical equipment installations, equipment testing and commissioning. Material quantification. Conduct field surveys. Transformer, line, substation, and high-voltage generation protection. Contractor supervision (electrical, hydrosanitary, hydraulic, mechanical). Review of construction budgets and generators. Review of engineering documents (drawings). Participate in construction regulation procedures. Track construction schedule. Execute photographic reports, risk matrix, and delivery\-acceptance letter. **What qualifications do you need?** Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or MEP Engineer. Mandatory experience in vertical projects—minimum 3\-5 years. Experience in electrical, hydrosanitary, HVAC, and special installations. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in VERTICAL PROJECTS, APARTMENTS OR FULL-SERVICE HOTELS.
