Position Summary: We are seeking an Annex 24 Supervisor to ensure inventory control and compliance for IMMEX inventories and foreign trade operations within a manufacturing and foreign trade company. Implement improvements in control and compliance processes. **Annex 24 Supervisor** A manufacturing and foreign trade company is seeking an Annex 24 Supervisor to ensure inventory control and compliance for IMMEX inventories and foreign trade operations. Responsibilities * Supervise the operation and administration of the Annex 24 system\. * Control and reconcile IMMEX inventories. * Validate customs entries, imports, exports, and returns. * Monitor Annex 31 and customs compliance. * Coordinate internal audits and regulatory authority requirements. * Identify and correct inventory discrepancies or operational inconsistencies. * Generate departmental reports and metrics. * Coordinate operational team activities. * Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customs agencies. * Implement improvements in control and compliance processes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience managing Annex 24\. * Experience in IMMEX or manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of Annex 31, Customs Law, and inventory control. * Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Experience leading teams.
