SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Position Summary: Support store floor operations, including sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service, to achieve operational and commercial performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in executing operational and commercial processes 2. Arrange and organize merchandise 3. Provide excellent customer service Provide support for in-store operational activities by executing applicable operational processes related to sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance metrics. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in delivery trucks, adhering to applicable merchandise arrangement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper facing and labeling to classify merchandise, and participate in store opening and closing tasks as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor to ensure correct merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Deliver customer service by clarifying inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby providing excellent service reflected in front-counter sales closure; handle customer phone calls to address inquiries about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions using cash or credit cards, and process returns in compliance with the cash register payment policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction completion. * High school diploma completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
