Job Description and Responsibilities Would you like to build homes the U.S. way in Ensenada? We design and manufacture prefabricated homes for export at our Ensenada facility, built in compliance with U.S. building codes. In just three years, we have become one of North America’s largest Tiny Home manufacturers, and we are now expanding into multi-family modular construction. We are seeking a Construction Superintendent for our Ensenada facility to manage crews, lead trainings, enforce safety protocols, and ensure on-time, plan-compliant construction. **Key Responsibilities** **Site Management:** Oversee daily operations, coordinate team leaders, and manage an on-site workforce of over 100 people. **Quality and Training:** Ensure overall quality and skill level of the construction team. **Resource Allocation:** Assign supervisory personnel and resources to meet demanding project schedules. **Safety and Compliance:** Enforce safety standards, conduct safety talks (“toolbox talks”), and maintain cleanliness on the production floor. **Quality Control:** Inspect work-in-progress to verify compliance with design specifications and building codes. Experience and Requirements **Essential Skills** **Prior U.S. Work Experience:** Minimum five years of residential or multi-family construction experience in the United States in a leadership role.
