Job Description and Responsibilities **Job Objective:** Leads and organizes the activities of technical staff under direct supervision, optimizes their efforts to meet standard timelines for various installations, and guarantees a safe and efficient work environment for all personnel. **Primary Functions and Responsibilities** * Operational Management: Schedules and assigns daily tasks to technicians, ensuring adherence to established deadlines in the construction schedule. * Installation Inspections: Conducts periodic site visits across different locations to identify potential issues before they become critical failures. * Technician Supervision: Trains staff under supervision on the proper use of tools and equipment, and evaluates individual performance. * Inventory Control: Coordinates with the warehouse department to maintain maximum/minimum stock levels of consumables and materials required for construction, preventing operational stoppages due to supply shortages. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all work is performed in accordance with construction regulations and applicable standards. * Technical Reporting: Prepares periodic reports on completed work, overtime hours, and equipment history. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Experience installing residential electrical circuits, solar panels, inverters, radiant floor heating systems, and air conditioning units (mini-split). * Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; or extensive industry experience. * Experience: 5 years in supervisory roles within industrial or manufacturing environments. * Ability to read and interpret electrical/hydraulic drawings and diagrams. * Knowledge of solar panel installation, air conditioning systems, power generation plants, and pneumatic systems. **Key Competencies and Skills** * Leadership and team management: Ability to motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams. * Problem-solving: Capability to diagnose complex failures under pressure. * Sense of urgency: Effective prioritization of tasks during emergency situations. * Assertive communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical departments and report clearly to management.
