Professionally follow up on prospects and business opportunities. Market residential projects and properties. Generate and grow your own client portfolio. Use CRM and digital tools to facilitate closings. Maintain high standards of ethics, service, and commercial discipline. **Requirements** Sales experience (real estate, financial, insurance, or similar). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Focus on follow-up, consistency, and results orientation. Organizational skills and basic information management. Availability for fieldwork and client-facing responsibilities.
