Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and selection of in-house sales personnel. 2. Team development to obtain agent licenses. 3. Sales generation within assigned locations in the HEALTHCARE and TEACHERS sectors (pre-established corporate agreements). 4. Preparation of reports and management of performance indicators. 5.
