About the Role Faculty Member in Physical Therapy In this role, you will be responsible for training healthcare professionals through academic excellence, integrating teaching-learning processes, research, and tutoring. Your work will align with our global mission, generating direct impact on the development of purpose-driven leaders and the educational quality of our health programs. Your Key Challenges Deliver high-quality instruction in Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, and Rehabilitation programs to ensure students’ holistic learning. Provide academic tutoring and continuous mentoring to students to strengthen their professional and personal development. Implement clinical simulation strategies in teaching to elevate students’ technical and practical competence. Collaborate in continuous improvement processes and compliance with academic standards to ensure classroom excellence. Profile We Seek Essential Requirements: Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, or Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation (with official degree and professional license). Graduate Degree: Master’s degree in Sports Physical Therapy, Exercise Sciences, Exercise Physiology, Sports Sciences, or Sports Performance (with official degree and professional license). Experience: Minimum of two years of verifiable teaching and professional experience. Desirable: Doctoral degree in related fields. Formal training in clinical simulation management.
