Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized professional with experience in textile screen printing to lead the art department, supervising designs for production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the art department and supervise designs for production. 2. Ensure the quality of artwork for textile printing. 3. Support and guide the design team. We seek a creative, organized individual with experience in textile screen printing to lead the art department, ensuring proper preparation and supervision of designs for production. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. * Experience in textile printing. * Advanced knowledge of color separation for screen printing. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. * Experience supervising staff or coordinating work teams. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Responsibilities: * Supervise the art department. * Review and approve designs prior to production. * Coordinate color separations and file preparation. * Track priorities and delivery timelines. * Ensure the quality of artwork for textile printing. * Support and guide the design team.
