Ensuring patient quality and safety **Job Objective:** Perform reception, material dispensing, filter processing, treatment room preparation, equipment cleaning, and medical care for patients, ensuring compliance with company-established procedures; patient quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct general admission in hemodialysis units and manage documents constituting patients’ medical records, as well as file documentation from hemodialysis sessions. * Maintain reliable inventory levels to ensure efficient coverage of service demand, and replenish materials and medications in hemodialysis rooms while maintaining order and cleanliness in the location’s storage area. * Ensure facilities, supplies, and equipment are prepared and in optimal condition to deliver efficient and appropriate hemodialysis services. * Ensure filter collection and washing are performed under optimal conditions; store and deliver filters to the treatment room according to schedule for use in patient care. * Provide medical care during patients’ treatment at the company, ensuring service quality and safety. **Education Level:** Technical or bachelor’s degree in nursing (Diploma and professional license mandatory) **Experience:** Hospital internship (minimum 6 months) Care of hospitalized patients (minimum 6 months) **Knowledge:** Care of critically ill patients Emergency management Medication dispensing and administration **Other Requirements:** Availability to work rotating shifts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00 - $3,600.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
