




Job Summary: Assists in activities related to laboratory or workshop practices, ensuring the proper implementation of academic programs and managing supplies and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in service control and product collection 2. Inventory management of laboratory equipment and materials 3. Preparation of materials for practical sessions and incident reporting GENERAL FUNCTION: Assists in activities related to laboratory or workshop practices, in accordance with CEUX criteria and policies and those of the institutions regulating such activities, monitoring the proper implementation of each academic practice program as well as each entity involved in these practices. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: 1\. Prepare the materials to be used during the practice. 2\. Maintain a clean workspace. 3\. Properly safeguard supplies for each practice. 4\. Collaborate in controlling services for the collection of biological, infectious, and, where applicable, fumigation products in each laboratory or workshop. 5\. Calculate the materials and reagents used per academic year. 6\. Manage the inventory of equipment and materials for each laboratory or workshop. 7\. Report incidents or malfunctions of laboratories and workshops to the Laboratory Head. 8\. Participate with the Laboratory and Workshop Head in quotations for materials and equipment. ***Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. ***Experience:*** *Minimum of 6 months in a similar position.* Experience in document filing, writing, and personal and telephone customer service.
