Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented field sales representative to prospect customers, prepare quotations, and follow up on commercial activities in the building materials sector. Field sales development with a customer-centric focus **Responsibilities** * Prospect new customers in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo * Visit active construction sites and identify business opportunities * Prepare quotations and follow up until closure * Maintain and expand the customer portfolio * Negotiate prices, volumes, and commercial terms * Coordinate orders with warehouse and logistics * Follow up on deliveries and collections * Report activities and results **Requirements** * Field sales experience (preferably in construction materials or hardware) * Basic knowledge of construction materials (cement, rebar, concrete blocks, etc.) * Excellent negotiation skills * Valid driver's license * Willingness to travel between regions * Basic proficiency in Excel or CRM **Key Competencies** * Results orientation * Proactivity * Organization and follow-up * Customer focus Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
