Furthermore, Inetum has been recognized as a **Top Employer**, a certification that validates our commitment to employee well\-being, professional development, and excellence in talent management. **Job Description** We are seeking a candidate with experience in technical support. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and repair computer equipment, printers, multifunction devices, monitors, mice, keyboards, desktops, and laptops. * Load Windows 10 and Windows 11 images onto computer equipment and all\-in\-one (AIO) devices. * Document failures, diagnoses, and solutions. * Resolve tickets related to IT computer equipment. * Meet service level agreements. * Return defective parts and components. * Install and manage backup equipment. **Requirements** In the absence of formal education, equivalent experience in technical support will be considered, including knowledge of: * 1 year of experience providing technical support for computer equipment. * Loading operating system images onto computer equipment and AIO devices. * Hard drive sanitization (Blancco). * Diagnosis and repair of equipment: Lexmark and Plustek printers, biometric devices, PIN pads, Macs, laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, etc. * Knowledge of structured cabling (copper, Category 6 and above). * Replacement of wall plates (rosetas), jacks, RJ45 connectors, and cable installation. * Knowledge of tools used for: node testing, cable punching. **What We Offer** * Top Employer certification for our talent management practices. * Continuous training programs and certifications. * Access to learning and professional development platforms. * Culture of innovation and collaboration. * Physical and emotional well\-being programs. **Commitment to Equality** At Inetum, we foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
