Our focus on quality and growth makes us an employer of choice and helps sustain our culture of excellence. **Job Description** *Performs trend analysis on raw material inspection records, authorizes or rejects material jointly with the multidisciplinary team based on findings and prior records identified across various part numbers, and generates internal or external material non-conformance reports. Leads the inspection team, ensuring the quality expected by the customer.* **Your Responsibilities** * *Leads adherence to and execution of the inspection plan for received materials.* * *Leads adherence to and execution of requirements for material validation.* * *Performs material movement transactions in the system.* * *Controls and administers physical and virtual inventory for non-conforming materials.* * *Generates material non-conformance reports.* * *Makes non-conforming materials available in rejection areas.* * *Assigns inspectors according to workload.* * *Clarifies inspection team questions regarding criteria for material use authorization.* * *Authorizes merchandise returns.* * *Maintains order and cleanliness in receiving inspection areas.* * *Trains quality inspectors.* * *Performs external inspections and additional activities as required by your immediate supervisor.* **Who You Are** * *1 year or more of experience in a similar position.* * *Completed university degree: Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.* * *English proficiency: 80% — mandatory.* * *Teamwork orientation.* * *Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).* \#LI\-ES1 \#LI\-Onsite *By submitting your application below, you are providing your prior consent to receive SMS messages to notify you of any updates to your application status and to engage in discussion throughout your application process.
