Job Summary:
School maintenance staff ensure that educational facilities remain in optimal condition regarding functionality, cleanliness, and safety by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas

School maintenance personnel are responsible for ensuring that educational facilities remain in optimal condition regarding functionality, cleanliness, and safety
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in classrooms, offices, and common areas.
* Repair basic electrical, plumbing, and sanitary installations.
* Monitor the condition of school furniture (desks, chairs, whiteboards, etc.).
* Maintain green areas, courtyards, and recreational zones in good condition.
* Keep track of tools and work materials.
* Report major damages or structural hazards.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum education level: secondary school (may vary depending on the institution).

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $10,496.00 - $12,000.00 per month
