Position Summary: Responsible for the administration and operation of the cafeteria, coordination of special services, and menu development, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Cost, revenue, and procurement management Description and details of responsibilities * Responsible for cafeteria administration and operations, service areas. * Address all customer requirements and needs promptly and accurately. * Coordinate special services for their meetings. * Menu development. * Implementation of H Distinction regulations and Standard 251 for food handling. * Handle customer complaints and suggestions. * Supervise cafeteria sales and service. * Prepare and review purchase lists and authorize procurement. • Administrative management of the unit (costs, revenues, expenses, services, etc.). • Personnel management (schedule administration). * Knowledge of food and beverages preferred. * Experience in procurement and supplies. * Inventory management. * Management by objective achievement. Experience and Requirements * Professional degree (Business Administration, Gastronomy, or Tourism) preferred. * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing restaurants, cafeterias, or business units. * Excellent personal presentation. * Outstanding service attitude. * Flexible schedule availability. * Proficiency in PC usage. * Accustomed to working under pressure. * Personal vehicle. * Strong verbal communication skills.
