




Job Summary: Supervise activities, ensure service quality, resolve incidents, and promote sales in the tasting and events area. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of viticulture and wines **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and follow up on the opening and closing of areas. * Supervise daily activities carried out by the tasting team. * Maintain clean and orderly facilities and work areas, and ensure necessary operational supplies are available and properly organized. Supervise the use and maintenance of operational equipment. * Provide service to VIP customers, Wine Club members, and special groups. * Coordinate setup of tasting experiences and events. * Manage groups and ensure a high-quality experience. * Resolve incidents, complaints, and internal team issues. * Verify customer satisfaction surveys (minimum 120 per month). * Promote sales and Wine Club memberships. * Supervise team attendance, appearance, and performance. **Required Knowledge:** * Advanced English\- (Mandatory) * Knowledge of viticulture. * Technical knowledge of wines. **Experience Required:** * \+ 2 years of experience as a Tasting Guide. * \+2 years as a Supervisor in a tasting area or restaurant. * \+2 years leading work teams.
