This position is critical to leading the Molding Toolroom, developing the technical team, ensuring mold reliability, and eliminating chronic losses impacting OEE, scrap, and process stability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop Tool Makers and Mold Technicians under a culture of continuous improvement. * Ensure mold reliability through root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions. * Validate new mold designs and engineering changes, ensuring manufacturability, maintainability, and robustness. * Drive mold improvements to reduce cycle times, scrap, and costs. * Develop and strengthen the preventive maintenance system aligned with PEAK standards. * Ensure compliance with safety, 6S, and tooling data discipline. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering degree or equivalent experience. * More than 5 years of experience in injection molding tooling. * Experience leading technical teams in manufacturing environments. * Solid knowledge of mold construction and maintenance. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
