Inclusive culture focused on gender equality and development. **Sales and Service Advisor (Bank Teller) in Ensenada, BC** HSBC Mexico offers career development opportunities for individuals with an excellent service attitude, strong customer interaction skills, enthusiasm for sales, and ambition to grow professionally in the Commercial area as a Sales and Service Advisor. **Primary Responsibility:** Enhance the branch customer experience through counter service and according to branch needs; promote our products and services to existing and potential customers, referring them to promoters or alternative channels to help increase branch profitability. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or Finance (completed) · Customer service and/or client-facing experience, minimum 6 months. · **IMPORTANT: Minimum 6 months of sales experience; preferably in the financial sector and cash-handling experience** **· Schedule: Monday to Saturday.** **Skills:** · Customer- and sales-oriented. · Teamwork. · Results-driven / Problem-solving. · Adaptability to change. **We Offer:** Direct employment by the Bank.
