Job Summary: As a field collection officer, the primary role is to validate customer data, generate payment plans, and establish long-term relationships with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Riding motorcycles in compliance with safety regulations. * **We Offer:** * Base salary $4,000 \+ weekly commissions * All statutory benefits * Uniforms and personal protective equipment. * **Requirements** * Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales. * Motorcycle riding ability. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Proficiency in using mobile devices. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * **Tools:** * We provide the motorcycle (you may take it home) * Weekly fuel support. * **Your Responsibilities Include:** As a field collection officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as creating payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby fostering long-term relationships with our customers. * * **Key Responsibilities** * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their applications. * Understand customers' needs to offer them the best possible solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Deliver service to our customers with respect and courtesy. * Ride motorcycles in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear.
