Work for a leading enterprise solutions company, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our systems. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate ERP implementation and maintenance projects. * Analyze business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues and enhance functionality. * Prepare reports and technical documentation for ERP projects. **Position Objective:** * Partner with subject matter experts in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Warehouse Management to gather business requirements. * Configure the ERP to best meet the needs of the business and compare against business requirements. * Identify gaps between business processes and ERP. * Use of knowledge and expertise of ERP to create process flows and functional design documents that define solutions that meet business needs. * Apply proven communication, analytic and problem\-solving skills ensuring alignment with IT and overall business strategies. * Formulate and recommend solutions that can be applied globally and aligns ERP functionality with Allegion’s Ordering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management business processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in ERP system analysis and management. * Knowledge of ERP tools and technologies. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across departments. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * University (Title) * Bachelors Degree in Information Systems * Experience required: 3\-5 years * Systems: Expertise and experience with at least 3 of the 5 core module areas including: Order Management and Product Configurators, Master Planning, Production Control, Transportation Management, Warehouse / Inventory Management, Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable. * A plus will be Project Management * English level: Advanced * Others: Plus: Experience with any of the ERP’s: Oracle , Dynamics AX or D365 Finance and Operations **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * You will have professional development and continuous learning opportunities. * A culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
