Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional with experience in procurement, negotiation, and inventory management to supervise warehouse operations and ensure operational efficiency. Opportunity to apply knowledge of FIFO and personnel management Profile: * Male or female, aged 28 to 45 * Completed bachelor's degree * Standard automobile driving skills * Valid driver's license Skills: * Knowledge of procurement and negotiations * Knowledge of inventory taking * Knowledge of FIFO * Organized * Proactive * Personnel management * Executive security guards Responsibilities: * Manages warehouse maximum and minimum stock levels, as well as reorder points. * Responsible for purchasing all out-of-stock items.\+ * Negotiates with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines. * Responsible for fulfilling product requests from various departments; if shortages exist, initiates procurement processes. * Ensures purchases are made in the exact and necessary quantities required for operations. * Enforces established schedules for product replenishment and delivery, both for suppliers and internal hotel clients. * Ensures incoming warehouse goods are in good condition, matching the requested weight, measurement, and quantity. * Maintains up-to-date price lists for frequently and commonly used products. * Receives suppliers either by phone or in person when they visit the facilities. * Responsible for obtaining quotations from at least three different suppliers for required purchase items. * Ensures hygiene and storage conditions comply with applicable Mexican Official Standards. * Verifies that warehouse outbound shipments include the required authorization signatures per procedure. * Verifies that warehouse inbound shipments are properly supported by submitted invoices, matching the requested unit of measure and fiscal requirements.
