Apply now for the position of: Junior Accountant **Position Objective:** Ensure timely preparation and recording of accounting transactions, ensuring their proper integration for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, in compliance with applicable Financial Reporting Standards. Additionally, prepare accurate and reliable financial reports to support internal decision-making and meet external requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Timely and accurately record day-to-day accounting transactions, including preparation of bank reconciliations, analysis and consolidation of accounting accounts, revenue billing, collection recording, as well as control of fixed asset additions, disposals, and depreciation. * Execute and comply with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring appropriate documentation in the internal Cadency system according to the company’s established schedules. * Generate accounting and auxiliary reports derived from the accounting system and various control modules, ensuring data integrity and traceability. * Promptly respond to information requests from internal and external audits, providing documentary and accounting support per established guidelines. * Support other organizational areas by delivering accurate and timely accounting information, contributing to informed decision-making. * Ensure accounting control and recording in accordance with the company’s internal policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of compliance and quality. * Understand and strictly apply the organization’s defined accounting, operational, and internal control policies. **Requirements:** * Certified Public Accountant with experience in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), US GAAP, and IFRS. * Minimum 4 years of experience in public and/or private accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience in preparing accounting records and generating financial reports and related information under NIF, US GAAP, and preferably IFRS. * Advanced English proficiency.
