Job Summary: Provides basic training to operational personnel and newly hired salaried personnel, based on work instructions and training manuals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training for operational and newly hired personnel 2. Use of work instructions and training manuals 3. Competencies in ISO9001/TL9000 and SAP Provides basic training to both newly hired and incumbent operational personnel for critical operations listed in the training matrix. Trains personnel based on work instructions and training manuals. Provides training to newly hired salaried personnel from Engineering departments. **Required Education and Experience** * Completed high school. **Required Competencies** * ISO9001/TL9000 * SAP * Train-the-Trainer * Basic Safety * Code of Ethical Conduct * Proactive * Analytical * Disciplined * Teamwork * Organized * Basic Microsoft Word and Excel * Must be capable of working with minimal supervision
