




**General Summary** Provides support in the development and manages training programs for Skills Block certification for assigned product business units. **Education and Experience Required** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience and/or knowledge of products and manufacturing operations (preferred). * Knowledge of Quality Management System and EHS Management System concepts. **Required Competencies** * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Excellent presentation skills; * Excellent customer service, teamwork, and results-oriented; * Excellent organizational skills; * Ability to interact effectively with other departments, external suppliers, and associates at all levels; * Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP; * Excellent follow-up skills.
